Key Details for Airbnb Turnovers:
- Linen Service: All bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels provided are washed, dried, and changed.
- Supplies: Client is responsible for providing replacement guest consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo). We can purchase and restock these at an additional cost (receipts provided).
- Add-ons (Optional, not included in base rate):
- Inside Clean Oven: +$30 per appliance (upon request)
- Inside Cabinets/Drawers: +$40 (upon request)
- Stocking Welcome Basket: +$20 + cost of items (upon request)
- Interior Windows: $5 per window
