- Customers must ensure access to the property and remove any obstacles that may hinder service completion.
- If additional services are requested onsite, payment for those services must be made immediately upon completion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Scrubri Inc. offers multiple payment options to accommodate customer preferences while ensuring operational efficiency:
Preferred Payment Methods
- Customers are strongly encouraged to pay online at the time of booking using available payment options such as credit/debit cards, Venmo, or Stripe for a seamless experience.
- Cash payments are accepted onsite, but customers must confirm their intent to pay in cash when booking.
- Checks are not accepted to avoid bounced payments and delays in covering labor costs.
Payment Timing
- Customers may choose to pay online at the time of booking or pay onsite before service begins via cash, Venmo, or card.
- If additional services are requested during the appointment, payment for those must be made immediately upon completion.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee to compensate for lost labor time.

- Partial Refunds: If a service is partially completed due to customer-related issues (e.g., restricted access), a partial refund may be considered at Scrubri Inc.’s discretion.
